Jobs at LiveKit

Act as the technical owner for a portfolio of strategic voice-AI and real-time engineering customers: drive architecture reviews, deepen product adoption, coordinate LiveKit teams, lead executive reviews and on-site launches, surface product feedback, and define TAM playbooks to ensure long-term customer success and expansion signal.

Partner with customer engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio/video and voice AI applications on LiveKit. Build integrations, debug production issues, run technical workshops, create reference implementations, and surface product insights to improve the platform.

Provide technical support to developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production code, update docs, collaborate with Sales/BD, and drive customer success and community support.
