Own the post-sale customer journey for key EMEA accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide strategic guidance, gather feedback, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering. Develop scalable customer success playbooks while helping establish Listen Labs’ European presence.

Drive new business and account expansion across mid-to-large enterprise accounts in EMEA. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, discovery calls, product demos, consultative multi-stakeholder sales, proposal and ROI development, contract negotiation, and closing deals. The role also improves sales processes, leads weekly sales reviews, and collaborates with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and company leadership to grow customer relationships.

Own approximately 50 strategic EMEA enterprise accounts, develop complex account plans, build executive relationships, create outbound pipeline, and close multi-year six- to seven-figure B2B SaaS contracts. The role involves navigating global organizations, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coordinating executives and product teams, driving urgency, controlling procurement processes, and maintaining high-quality forecasting and pipeline standards.
