Supports mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to finish by building and validating financial models, conducting industry and company research, identifying potential acquirers, preparing client marketing materials, supporting due diligence, and interacting with clients and senior deal professionals.

Summer interns receive training and contribute to live M&A and financial advisory projects. Responsibilities include financial analysis, valuations, industry research, preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations, supporting senior bankers, assisting with business development and meeting preparation, and participating in due diligence and transaction closing. The program is designed for penultimate-year students interested in M&A, capital advisory, or private fund advisory.

Supports the London CEO and investment banking team through calendar management, travel and expense coordination, meeting and event planning, contact and deal-tracking administration, research, and global office coordination. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and flexibility, including willingness to work overtime in a deadline-driven environment.
