Manage and grow a BDR team supporting inbound and outbound SMB and mid-market sales programs. Responsibilities include coaching representatives, monitoring performance and KPIs, improving lead-generation workflows, managing CRM processes, collaborating with sales and marketing, optimizing campaigns, addressing performance issues, and developing team members. The role owns sales development execution, opportunity quality, reporting, training, compensation initiatives, and continuous productivity improvements.

Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through account prospecting, cold calling, follow-up, and client communication. The role supports senior sales teams by building the sales pipeline, uncovering qualified opportunities, overcoming objections, and developing relationships with potential clients. Success requires strong communication, enthusiasm, adaptability, teamwork, and an interest in cybersecurity and compliance.
