Lead credit and commercial strategy for a platform family: translate commercial priorities into credit questions, apply pricing and credit frameworks, co-build and validate models, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed credit strategy in product and go-to-market decisions.

Serve as primary merchant contact across UK & Europe, handling onboarding and in-life support via phone, email, and chat; investigate payment issues; collaborate cross-functionally to improve merchant experience and product/process feedback.

Lead development of central pricing and decisioning capabilities, including unit economics, yield targets, monitoring and testing frameworks, scalable tooling, and oversight of pricing/decisioning analysts. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and cross-functional teams to translate family-specific needs into scalable, configurable model requirements and toolkits to drive credit and commercial strategy.
