Manage customer funding submissions from Sales through fund release, maintaining a 50–60-case pipeline. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, collecting missing information, communicating with customers, securing signed contracts, coordinating with funding partners, and collaborating with Sales and Underwriting to resolve blockers and improve processes.

Lead Liberis' credit risk strategy and appetite, manage portfolio performance across products and partners, and oversee Portfolio Management & Analytics, Underwriting, and Collections & Recoveries. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Pricing, Decisioning, ML, Product and Operations to enable growth while controlling risk-adjusted returns. Build and retain high-performing teams, establish governance and decision frameworks, contribute to new products and market expansion, and provide actionable risk insights to senior leadership.

Lead a pod of Salesforce developers/admins to own architecture, integrations, automation, and platform health. Split time between hands-on engineering, people management, and cross-team strategic work to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and drive adoption of automation.
