Manage customer funding submissions from Sales through fund release, maintaining a 50–60-case pipeline. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, collecting missing information, communicating with customers, securing signed contracts, coordinating with funding partners, and collaborating with Sales and Underwriting to resolve blockers and improve processes.

Build and operate shared cloud infrastructure and developer tooling across GCP and Azure, including compute, networking, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and Terraform-managed environments. Lead adoption of AI agents using Claude, developing integrations, orchestration, observability, guardrails, and cost controls. Support the Azure-to-GCP migration, create reusable AI capabilities, document platform practices, collaborate with product engineers, drive adoption, make technical decisions, and mentor colleagues.

Own and deliver complex Salesforce solutions end-to-end using Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative tooling. Design integrations, architect platform changes, write tests, review code, troubleshoot production issues, mentor teammates, and improve CI/CD, DX and platform reliability in a hybrid, cross-functional engineering environment.
