Manages risk-based monitoring of front-office investment advice, suitability, discretionary portfolios, and wealth planning activities. Reviews complex cases, identifies client harm and control weaknesses, coordinates investigations and remediation, and produces management information and suitability reports. Supervises and coaches monitoring officers, assesses regulated staff competence, observes client meetings, provides constructive challenge, and improves monitoring processes, data quality, and controls while ensuring FCA and related regulatory compliance.

Designs, develops, and maintains Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform APIs. Builds integrations with internal and third-party systems, translates business needs into technical designs, applies Salesforce security practices, troubleshoots production issues, and improves deployment and monitoring processes. The role also includes mentoring engineers, collaborating with technical and product stakeholders, supporting Agile delivery, and participating in occasional out-of-hours work.

Own end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding, including job postings, application review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offers, background screening, HR system updates, reporting, and recruitment administration. Support hiring managers, recruitment partners, graduate and internship programs, employer-brand initiatives, employee references, regulated-employee rescreening, and continuous process improvement while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
