Provide administrative and client support to Partners and Investment Managers, managing account openings, client communications, payments, meeting packs, investment policy statements, liaising with custodians, and assisting trainee managers with reports and analysis.

The PMO Analyst role involves monitoring and reporting on projects, managing RAID logs, coordinating governance processes, and supporting the Change Portfolio. The candidate will also facilitate meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships, while possibly managing smaller initiatives.

Support Investment Partners and Managers in servicing HNW/UHNW clients by preparing reports, analytics, portfolio monitoring, corporate actions, client/adviser correspondence, and assisting with investment research and meeting preparation. Maintain client data, liaise with operations and custodians, produce presentations/valuations, and ensure compliance and professional development.
