Supports and maintains business-critical IT applications by resolving incidents, requests, and problems; monitoring performance; coordinating with suppliers; managing releases and testing; maintaining documentation; supporting disaster recovery; and training users. The role follows ITIL processes, communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and may require work outside normal business hours.

Partner with business teams to identify and deliver valuable AI use cases across a regulated wealth-management environment. Build, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI agents and workflows, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, support adoption, and develop reusable implementation patterns. The role requires modern AI expertise, enterprise technology experience, strong communication, and awareness of security, governance, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative and client support to Partners and Investment Managers, managing account openings, client communications, payments, meeting packs, investment policy statements, liaising with custodians, and assisting trainee managers with reports and analysis.
