The role develops MI and KPI reporting, supports Front Office stakeholders, contributes to risk and control initiatives, and helps improve efficiency through data and automation. It requires investment management experience, FCA conduct knowledge, strong Excel capability, analytical skills, and the ability to challenge and influence Investment Managers while maintaining client-focused outcomes.

Manages risk-based monitoring of front-office investment advice, suitability, discretionary portfolios, and wealth planning activities. Reviews complex cases, identifies client harm and control weaknesses, coordinates investigations and remediation, and produces management information and suitability reports. Supervises and coaches monitoring officers, assesses regulated staff competence, observes client meetings, provides constructive challenge, and improves monitoring processes, data quality, and controls while ensuring FCA and related regulatory compliance.

Designs, develops, and maintains Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform APIs. Builds integrations with internal and third-party systems, translates business needs into technical designs, applies Salesforce security practices, troubleshoots production issues, and improves deployment and monitoring processes. The role also includes mentoring engineers, collaborating with technical and product stakeholders, supporting Agile delivery, and participating in occasional out-of-hours work.

Own end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding, including job postings, application review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offers, background screening, HR system updates, reporting, and recruitment administration. The role follows ITIL processes, communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and may require work outside normal business hours.

Senior hands-on platform engineer responsible for designing, building and operating a secure, resilient Azure infrastructure and associated CI/CD, IaC, container and observability tooling. Lead platform standards, reusable services and automation using GitLab, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and scripting. Partner with architects and development teams to enable cloud adoption, migration, operational readiness, security and ongoing service management.
