Partners with commercial and product stakeholders, manages editorial metrics, and drives process improvement through automation, systems, and AI-enabled workflows. Supports innovation, productivity, performance management, and continuous improvement across online case law and Law Reports.

Drive revenue growth and acquire new DACH partners through territory planning, prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales-cycle management through contract close. Maintain existing accounts and support customer onboarding, implementation, retention, and revenue lifecycle management in collaboration with presales and partner success teams. The role requires German and English communication, CRM proficiency, negotiation, analytical skills, and independent, collaborative work.

Develop and validate agentic AI capabilities for patent analysis using machine learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, hybrid search, and agentic workflows. Analyze large-scale intellectual property datasets, design experiments, evaluate and benchmark models, define reasoning strategies, and translate findings into product recommendations. Collaborate with product managers, IP experts, and engineers to deliver scalable, customer-facing solutions.
