Support the UK Cards product team by running rapid experiments, testing messaging and acquisition ideas, and validating improvements before engineering investment. Assist with AI tooling, customer support automation, product operations, and Finance and Capital Markets initiatives. The role requires curiosity, strong analytical skills, first-principles thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and ownership in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Build and operate multi-account AWS platforms using Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps, and observability tooling. Support production reliability, incident response, on-call operations, progressive delivery, CI/CD, developer tooling, and self-service platform capabilities. Apply security practices including policy-as-code, OIDC access, secret scanning, and pre-merge controls. Partner with engineering and security teams while developing increasing ownership of platform components.

Own monthly close for UK group companies, prepare product-level P&Ls and consolidated financial statements, automate balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, manage high-volume financial data, support financial controls and policies, and assist with annual audits.
