Partner with operations, agencies, marketing technology teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven performance insights and sustainable commercial growth.

Provide comprehensive sight tests, visual field and retinal imaging, advise patients on eye health and prevention, support branch performance tracking, and maintain clinical equipment while delivering personalised, high-quality care.

Provide patient-facing optical and hearing support: greet patients, manage appointments and orders, advise on frames/lenses, perform basic clinical screenings (visual field, colorimetry, OCT), fit and adjust spectacles, assist with contact lens care, handle payments and stock management, maintain paperwork and equipment, and support branch performance and compliance.
