Partners with finance and business leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, develop labor and lease cost models, implement planning tools such as OneStream, and deliver actionable recommendations supporting strategic decisions and business performance.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for LEGO themes across the UK and Ireland. Manage brand equity, consumer engagement, commercial performance, budgets, and agency partnerships across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Use consumer and market data to optimize campaigns, strengthen loyalty, and influence future planning while collaborating with global, regional, sales, licensing, media, PR, and creative teams.
