Act as strategic partner and chief of staff to Partner Solutions leadership, drive strategic planning and transformation, translate priorities into actionable plans, lead change management and communications, coordinate cross-functional alignment with Product, Technology, AI & Data Analytics and Research Publishing, support reporting and decision-making using BI and AI tools, and coordinate leadership activities and customer-facing events.

Lead launch and development of the Advanced Health Sciences journal portfolio. Recruit and manage global editorial teams, set editorial vision and growth strategy, oversee peer-review and editorial governance, drive journal launches and performance reporting, and contribute as an editor for one or more journals.

Assess and investigate research integrity concerns for submitted or published articles. Manage investigations, gather and analyse evidence, liaise with editors and institutions, prepare case reports and correspondence, recommend policy/process improvements, and contribute to broader research integrity and publishing projects.
