Build, test, deploy, and support digital marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop email templates, manage segmentation and personalization, perform quality assurance, troubleshoot campaign and data issues, support platform integrations, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also maintains documentation, ensures privacy and governance compliance, and contributes to marketing automation process improvements.

Provides senior technical leadership for Wiley’s people technology portfolio, serving as the Workday and connected-platform subject matter expert. Leads system implementations, integrations, optimization, architecture, standards, and innovation across Workday, Paradox, Extend, Culture Amp, and Crunchr. Partners with People, IT, and business leaders, coaches colleagues, supports change adoption, and delivers cross-functional programs that improve colleague experience, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Designs, develops, and optimizes Salesforce-based marketing technology solutions across Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, integrations, analytics, and data platforms. Leads solution architecture, hands-on development, technical standards, lifecycle delivery, quality practices, and platform roadmap initiatives. Guides onshore and offshore development teams, partners with product owners and stakeholders, and translates marketing requirements into scalable technical designs and implementations.
