Manage cross-functional projects and programs from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop actionable plans, coordinate teams, manage risks and requirements, provide governance and reporting, resolve blockers, and maintain stakeholder alignment. The role supports business transformation across operating model improvements, product launches, marketing initiatives, and system implementations.

Owns the strategy, curation, and delivery of international legal and private wealth conferences. Responsibilities include shaping agendas, identifying and managing senior speakers, overseeing event lifecycles, cultivating relationships with leading lawyers and advisors, representing the company publicly, and supporting sponsorship development. The role requires strong judgement, credibility, organization, commercial awareness, and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end sales target setting and commissions management: design and maintain commission schemes, ensure accurate calculations and payments, manage systems and controls, produce insight from commission data, drive automation and process improvement, support budgeting/forecasting and governance, and line-manage one direct report while partnering closely with Sales and Commercial Finance stakeholders.
