Coordinates customer marketing programs, events, personalized content, workshops, outreach campaigns, account data enrichment, and reporting. The role partners with Sales and Customer Success to grow customer relationships, expand contact databases, identify account expansion opportunities, and develop tailored data stories for brands. It requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, data interpretation, and campaign execution skills.

Lead global content and social strategy to amplify Launchmetrics' voice, drive thought leadership, and generate leads. Oversee editorial and social calendars, approve content, measure performance with KPIs, embed AI-driven workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally while managing and developing the Content team.
