Deploy and integrate Latent Labs' generative biology models into customer environments. Lead end-to-end technical deployments, build production-grade APIs, data pipelines and model-serving infrastructure, work on-site with pharma/biotech partners, ensure enterprise security and reliability, gather customer feedback, and document integrations while collaborating with product and research teams.

The Computational Protein Design Scientist will leverage computational tools and AI to design proteins, collaborating with experimental teams and improving data-driven insights in synthetic biology.

Lead and build Latent Labs' communications and marketing function: define narrative and brand, create thought leadership and content, manage media relations, handle high-stakes announcements, secure speaking opportunities, support BD materials, and manage external PR and design partners.
