Teams at Lantum

Provide first-line support for Secondary Care clients across In-Genius, In-Flight and DRS. Triage, log and resolve queries, route issues to internal teams, maintain Zendesk records, identify recurring themes, produce reports, and help develop client-facing support materials to improve rota management.

The Project & Implementation Manager oversees the full implementation of Lantum across NHS Trusts, focusing on user adoption and stakeholder engagement while managing training and communication efforts.
