The Solution Sales Engineer is responsible for managing presales activities, driving discovery, articulating business value, and collaborating with teams to address strategic enterprise challenges in IT and cybersecurity.

Lead expansion and cross-sell motions across assigned EMEA enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships, execute strategic account plans, drive multi-product adoption, manage complex SaaS sales cycles, and collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams to grow ARR and renewals.

Own expansion and cross-sell motions within large enterprise DACH accounts, develop strategic account plans, build executive relationships, lead complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, coordinate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, manage pipeline and forecasting, and provide product and GTM feedback to drive ARR growth.
