Own Lansweeper’s global ISV partnership strategy, focusing on cybersecurity technology partners. Recruit and onboard new ISVs, expand existing accounts, develop embedded and co-selling models, align integration roadmaps, execute joint marketing and sales programs, and track partner-sourced pipeline, ARR, and adoption KPIs. The role also represents Lansweeper at international industry events and uses AI tools to improve partner research, prospecting, proposals, CRM workflows, and performance reporting.

Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise accounts across EMEA, targeting organizations with 1,000+ employees. Generate outbound pipeline, qualify inbound and partner opportunities, engage CIOs and CISOs, expand subsidiary opportunities into global deals, and close $25K–$600K+ ACV contracts. The role requires consultative enterprise selling, executive engagement, multilingual communication, channel collaboration, and daily use of AI for research and personalization.

Ownership of an end-to-end product domain: set strategy and roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, coordinate cross-functional delivery (Engineering, UX, Product Marketing), engage customers, drive go-to-market, coach other PMs, and ensure quality and timely execution.
