Allocate wastewater network work to field staff while meeting service-level agreements, customer promises, KPIs, productivity targets, and compliance requirements. Coordinate emergency responses, monitor delays, support customer issues, maintain client relationships, optimize resources, and collaborate with field management. The role also promotes customer excellence, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, health and safety, and adherence to company policies.

Manage planned preventative maintenance programmes for drainage contracts across the Rail Division. Coordinate inspections, CCTV surveys, cleaning, repairs, and remedial works; review drainage defects and determine follow-on actions; monitor programme delivery, resources, risks, KPIs, quality, and contractual compliance; maintain accurate records; attend client meetings; and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Operate HGV Class 2 vacuum tankers while travelling to residential sites and resolving drainage and wastewater problems. Responsibilities include high-pressure water jetting, cleaning and maintaining drains, diagnostics and repairs, equipment inspections, stock replenishment, job reporting, risk assessments, safe site setup, manual handling, and customer liaison. The role requires flexible hours, weekend work, on-call participation, outdoor work, and compliance with health and safety procedures. Full training and PPE are provided.
