Coordinate and allocate vegetation works across the West Zone, translating programmes into daily activities. Manage workforce deployment, availability, competencies, and liaison with recruitment and training. Respond to reactive and emergency works, monitor performance, and report resourcing risks to the West Zone Manager while ensuring safety, quality, and planning improvements.

Assist engineers with drainage system surveys, operate high-pressure jetting and support CCTV inspections, remove waste, perform equipment checks, help with emergency responses, and learn to complete job documentation and RAMS under supervision.

Operate van-mounted high-pressure jetting equipment from a local depot to clear blockages, perform maintenance cleaning, and respond to emergency call-outs across commercial, residential, and specialist sites. Work outdoors, follow health and safety procedures, provide polite customer service, and participate in shift patterns including early starts, weekends and out-of-hours rota. Training provided.
