Supports credit control for retail and office property portfolios. Responsibilities include chasing arrears, reconciling tenant accounts, preparing statements, contributing to arrears reporting, identifying and processing bad debt items, supporting provision calculations, attending arrears meetings, and coordinating information for insolvency matters, collection agents, and solicitors. The role provides training and works closely with Finance, Asset Management, Legal, tenants, customers, and external parties.

Responsible for subsidiary and joint venture financial reporting, including statutory accounts, company-level transaction accounting, joint venture reporting, cashflow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end procedures, and support for interim and final group accounts. The role involves liaison with tax, legal, company secretarial teams, auditors, and joint venture partners, plus ad hoc accounting projects.

Work with stakeholders to build data products, dashboards and models that inform commercial decisions. Analyse complex datasets (rental income, costs, market data), create reusable data models, measure adoption/KPIs, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating with data engineers and governance teams.
