Leads the Internal Audit function, developing and delivering risk-based audit plans across strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. Provides independent assurance to senior management and the Audit Committee, maintains audit standards and methodology, monitors remediation, manages audit resources and specialists, and supports investigations and control testing. Builds stakeholder relationships and delivers practical recommendations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Provides administrative and employee-support services across the People function, serving as the primary contact for HR queries throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate Workday records, supporting payroll, onboarding, family leave, flexible working, reasonable adjustments, hearings, invoices, and HR projects. The role also supports Reward, Payroll and Benefits, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition teams while helping improve HR processes and colleague experience.

Own the OneStream platform supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation. Responsibilities include roadmap support, governance, enhancement backlog prioritization, sprint and release management, administration, security and access management, metadata coordination, incident resolution, upgrades, testing, documentation, performance oversight, and data quality improvement. The role serves as the OneStream subject matter expert and partners with Finance, Technology, users, and external support providers.
