Manage group corporate tax compliance, reporting and filings for a FTSE-listed REIT; lead tax team activities, support transactions and due diligence, manage HMRC interactions, oversee REIT and transfer pricing obligations, and drive process and technology improvements.

Lead IT category procurement: develop and execute category strategy, drive commercial value and savings, manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiations, support SRM framework and change programmes, influence IT decision-making, resolve supplier performance issues, and report to senior leadership.

Lead portfolio-wide commercial activation strategy to double revenue from ~£5m to £10m+ by identifying, securing and operationalising activations, kiosks, pop-ups and partnerships. Manage a UK-wide commercialisation team and third-party agencies, work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Leasing and Operations, and create plans to unlock value from under-utilised spaces to drive visitor engagement and consistent delivery standards.
