Analyse complex datasets (rental income, costs, market data), create reusable data models, measure adoption/KPIs, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating with data engineers and governance teams.

Lead the Data & Technology change portfolio, owning planning, budgeting, prioritisation, benefits realisation and portfolio reporting. Establish a change centre of excellence and governance, manage resource capacity, risks, PPM tools and portfolio boards, and drive value-led investment decisions across technology-enabled business change.

Manage technical performance, maintenance, compliance and customer relationships across London workspaces. Support M&E contractors, oversee major works and service partners, contribute to decarbonisation and energy reduction, advise on occupier alterations, and ensure buildings are safe, efficient and future-proofed.
