Provides administrative and employee-support services across the People function, serving as the primary contact for HR queries throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate Workday records, supporting payroll, onboarding, family leave, flexible working, reasonable adjustments, hearings, invoices, and HR projects. The role also supports Reward, Payroll and Benefits, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition teams while helping improve HR processes and colleague experience.

Supports Project Evolve by analyzing, mapping, documenting, and improving finance and operational processes, including General Ledger and Tenancy Schedule workflows. The role identifies root causes, controls, ownership, governance, and automation opportunities; translates business needs into requirements and implementation plans; supports testing, change adoption, legacy-process retirement, and benefits tracking; and facilitates workshops with finance, technology, and senior stakeholders.

Work with stakeholders to build data products, dashboards and models that inform commercial decisions. Analyse complex datasets (rental income, costs, market data), create reusable data models, measure adoption/KPIs, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating with data engineers and governance teams.

Own the OneStream platform supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation. Responsibilities include roadmap support, governance, enhancement backlog prioritization, sprint and release management, administration, security and access management, metadata coordination, incident resolution, upgrades, testing, documentation, performance oversight, and data quality improvement. The role serves as the OneStream subject matter expert and partners with Finance, Technology, users, and external support providers.

Lead strategic finance business partnering for Workplace Investments, focusing on acquisitions, disposals, valuations, capex forecasting and performance management. Deliver executive reporting, financial analysis, investment appraisal standardisation, post-investment reviews, and support JV opportunities while ensuring robust controls and developing junior analysts.
