The People Manager at Landor will be responsible for providing HR guidance, supporting People strategy and initiatives, managing Employee Relations cases, driving DEI initiatives, managing hires and budgets, and coaching managers on performance management.

Landor is looking for a 3D Motion Designer to join their London studio. The designer will collaborate on various projects like animations, package design, brand videos, and social media content. They will work with the motion team to evaluate design options, develop big ideas, and bring written narratives to life using motion design tools.

Lead the design and execution of impactful brand experiences, translate strategic direction into innovative design solutions, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage multiple projects, mentor junior designers, and present creative concepts to clients.

Participate in Landor's Next Gen programme focused on branding, attend 9 sessions spread across 5 weeks, learn from experts in the industry, and have the opportunity to apply for an internship with Landor.

Explore and conceptualize design solutions, lead and develop design strategy, evaluate design options, and partner with internal teams and clients.
