Own Laminar's bid function end-to-end: assess opportunities, run go/no-go, write and edit compliant compelling responses, coordinate SMEs, manage submission reviews, maintain bid library and tools, run lessons learned, and coach colleagues on bid capability.

As an Innovative Project Planner, you will oversee project plans, ensuring efficient delivery through effective resource management, stakeholder communication, and the development of scalable solutions in complex construction projects.

Manage the day-to-day workplace experience and facilities, plan and deliver internal and external events end-to-end, coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensure health and safety and smooth office operations, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to enhance team experience and operational efficiency.
