Own end-to-end L&D projects: partner with stakeholders to diagnose needs, design and pilot engaging learning experiences, maintain the Thrive LMS, use data and AI to improve solutions, and facilitate sessions. Continuously iterate learning products, support users, report on effectiveness, and grow facilitation and coaching capabilities across the organisation.

Own Laminar's bid function end-to-end: assess opportunities, run go/no-go, write and edit compliant compelling responses, coordinate SMEs, manage submission reviews, maintain bid library and tools, run lessons learned, and coach colleagues on bid capability.

As an Innovative Project Planner, you will oversee project plans, ensuring efficient delivery through effective resource management, stakeholder communication, and the development of scalable solutions in complex construction projects.
