The role involves supporting customers with inquiries about Laka's products and services, assisting with claims, coordinating with third parties, and providing feedback to improve customer experience.

The Fulfillment Specialist will manage bicycle replacements, coordinate claims fulfillment with shops/suppliers, handle customer communication and maintain industry relationships.

Manage AP/AR, bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations and month-end close; support audits and finance process improvements. Screen and progress subrogation claims, liaise with third parties, track recoveries and support cash forecasting. Provide office and operational support including events, onboarding administration and ad hoc leadership assistance.
