Serve as the professional first point of contact in a premium commercial building. Welcome tenants, visitors, contractors, and couriers; manage reception operations, refreshments, deliveries, and building queries; maintain a polished reception environment; conduct visual checks; prepare reports, handovers, newsletters, and tenant communications; and support occupier engagement, events, and added-value initiatives. The role requires independent on-site work, strong communication, punctuality, initiative, and coordination with building management and service partners.
