Lead technical pre-sales activities for application services, coordinating solution development, compliance verification, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes. Translate customer business and technical requirements into actionable solutions and profitable deals. Collaborate with consulting, architecture, sales, delivery, customers, and alliance partners while presenting Kyndryl capabilities and building trusted relationships.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure modernization across Azure, GCP, and AWS. Responsibilities include designing Kubernetes and GitOps platforms, building CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Helm, implementing security and networking controls, supporting generative AI infrastructure, enabling application modernization, and instrumenting observability. The role also defines architectural guardrails, contributes reusable platform code, advises clients, and collaborates with AI and core platform teams.

Build and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications, generative AI features, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations for customer engagements. Develop Python and FastAPI services, model data with relational and graph databases, implement governance guardrails, and instrument systems for observability. Collaborate with platform engineering on deployment and MLOps/LLMOps, modernize legacy workflows, troubleshoot reliability issues, and contribute reusable AI patterns and best practices.
