Manage daily online operations at a Harrods host store: oversee online pick processes, stock-on-loan management, returns, payroll input (EZLM), EOD reporting, KPI tracking, team leadership, disciplinary procedures, and cross-functional communication with digital, customer service, finance, and HR teams. Drive stock-loss prevention, prepare for stock takes, and manage styling/marketing loan logistics and international dispatch oversight.

Support digital trading and CRO by launching and optimising Shopify sites, managing large product catalogues, merchandising, search/navigation, forecasting and trading plans, collaborating with in-market, B&M and marketing teams to drive commercial growth across international markets.
