The Internal Audit Manager will plan and execute SOX, financial, operational, and advisory audits across U.K. and European operations. Responsibilities include evaluating internal control design and effectiveness, documenting testing, identifying deficiencies, developing remediation plans, coordinating with U.S. Internal Audit and external auditors, and managing audit staff and projects. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and audit judgment skills, with international travel as needed.

Supports the design team by creating and adapting digital and print creative for websites, social media, CRM, paid marketing, and multiple footwear brands. Conducts design trend research, maintains brand consistency, develops assets for global markets, follows briefs through execution, and completes weekly site checks. Requires Photoshop knowledge, design-related qualifications, teamwork, time management, and a portfolio.

Supports recruitment administration by posting and removing job adverts, managing recruitment inbox queries, scheduling interviews, sending candidate confirmations, coordinating assessment centres, and assisting with new-starter induction planning. The role also trains managers on recruitment systems and provides general support to the recruitment team. Strong organisation, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, multitasking, and willingness to learn are required.
