Manages compliance across footwear and handbag suppliers, factories, and products. Responsibilities include supplier audits, corrective action plans, product safety testing, labeling and restricted-substance compliance, ethical sourcing, ESG initiatives, risk assessments, certifications, reporting, and supplier development. The role collaborates with sourcing, quality, product development, logistics, legal, laboratories, certification bodies, and customers to ensure global regulatory and company standards are met.

Provides customer service and product guidance in a retail store, manages stockroom organization and replenishment, maintains shop-floor standards, supports sales targets, promotes loyalty programs, assists with promotional activities, follows brand presentation standards, and participates in training.

Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms and markets. Own and support Paid Media channels, coordinate with Trade/CRM/Content teams, monitor site and campaign KPIs, deliver weekly/monthly performance reports, run A/B tests, and provide data-driven insights to improve e‑commerce performance.
