The role also trains managers on recruitment systems and provides general support to the recruitment team. Drives digital trading performance and strategy across UK and US markets. Maintains merchandise data and reporting tools, plans distribution-center intake, supports customer service, and performs general administrative duties while meeting deadlines and ensuring accurate, timely logistics operations.

Processes supplier invoices and payments, codes transactions, manages expense claims and petty cash, reconciles supplier statements, handles payment enquiries, prepares month-end reports, supports annual audits, and maintains financial spreadsheets. The role requires accurate, timely processing, effective communication with suppliers and internal cost centres, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a proactive attitude.

Manages compliance across footwear and handbag suppliers, factories, and products. Responsibilities include supplier audits, corrective action plans, product safety testing, labeling and restricted-substance compliance, ethical sourcing, ESG initiatives, risk assessments, certifications, reporting, and supplier development. The role collaborates with sourcing, quality, product development, logistics, legal, laboratories, certification bodies, and customers to ensure global regulatory and company standards are met.

Design and develop handbag and accessory collections: research trends, materials and competitors; produce sketches, technical drawings and specs (Illustrator/Photoshop); work with Buying, suppliers, and Head Office; maintain sample tracker and organise samples for meetings; meet targets and deadlines; perform related administration and support tasks.

Design and develop footwear collections by researching trends, materials, trims and competitor products. Support the Designer and Buying Team to ensure fit and brand aesthetics. Produce sketches, detailed technical drawings and specs using Illustrator and Photoshop. Maintain sample organization, a sample tracker, and supplier relationships to adhere to development timelines. Perform general administration and present collections for meetings while ensuring attention to detail throughout the process.
