The Compliance Manager supports regulatory analysis, implementation, and policy development within a regulated banking organisation. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance frameworks, advising on complaints, Treating Customers Fairly, vulnerable customers, consumer credit, and financial promotions, partnering with product teams, promoting customer-centric compliance, and supporting training and regulatory meetings.

Support Kroo Bank’s operational risk framework through risk assessments, control reviews, RCSA oversight, issue and event management, control testing, KRI monitoring, and reporting. The role provides second-line advice and constructive challenge to business teams, analyzes operational risk trends, recommends control improvements, and prepares management information for senior management and the Board. It is a hybrid position based in London with weekly office attendance.

Leads customer service and lending operations across retail banking, including servicing, collections, onboarding, and loan origination. Sets service standards, KPIs, controls, and customer outcome measures; improves processes through data, feedback, technology, and automation. Manages managers, workforce planning, budgets, recruitment, performance, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and support for vulnerable customers while partnering with Product, Technology, Credit Risk, and Compliance.
