Enable data-informed product development by producing analysis and insights across the product lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams to define and monitor product metrics, run experiments, build automated pipelines and dashboards, analyse customer behaviour, and support product strategy, launch, optimisation and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage all Financial Crime operational functions (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, fraud, quality, controls), ensuring SLA adherence, strong risk management, people leadership, collaboration with product/tech and second line, vendor management, and representation to regulators and auditors.

Lead FP&A for Kroo Bank, building and running end-to-end driver-based financial models, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, and multi-year planning. Provide management information and performance insight, partner with Treasury, Risk, Product and Operations, automate reporting with Excel/Sheets, VBA and Python, ensure capital and liquidity-aware planning, and support investor and Board reporting with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
