The Head of Credit Risk will ensure effective risk control, manage impaired credit, generate revenue, and develop credit strategies while ensuring compliance and robust credit policies.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define and monitor product metrics, run experiments, build automated pipelines and dashboards, analyse customer behaviour, and support product strategy, launch, optimisation and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage all Financial Crime operational functions (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, fraud, quality, controls), ensuring SLA adherence, strong risk management, people leadership, collaboration with product/tech and second line, vendor management, and representation to regulators and auditors.

This role supports daily operations in a technical environment, focusing on incident management, change processes, and operational resilience while providing growth opportunities in a collaborative bank setting.

As a Junior Technical Operations Analyst, you will support incident and change management, maintain operational documentation, and enhance processes through automation and collaboration with internal teams.

Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models across credit risk, fraud, customer engagement, and operations. Partner with stakeholders to define problems and metrics, perform feature engineering and analysis, implement reproducible production pipelines, monitor model performance, and ensure governance, documentation, and regulatory alignment. Communicate results, design experiments, and support continuous improvement of data science practices.

Lead month-end and year-end close, maintain balance sheet controls, prepare management and technical accounting papers, manage loan/deposit/treasury reconciliations, support impairment and provisioning, assist audits and regulatory reporting, and drive finance automation and process improvements.

Drive product lifecycle for financial crime controls and operational effectiveness, translating requirements into solutions. Collaborate across teams to enhance workflows, reduce risks, and automate processes while ensuring compliance and performance tracking.
