Lead restructuring advisory engagements end-to-end: perform financial and cashflow modelling, prepare forecasts and reports, manage stakeholders and clients, supervise and mentor team members, support accelerated M&A and lender processes, assist with tenders and business development, and promote Kroll services through events and marketing.

Lead end-to-end production and evolution of financial benchmarks (initially private company loans). Manage data sourcing, calculation, validation, distribution, stakeholder collaboration, client support, and product enhancements to meet client needs and expand into new asset classes.

The Senior Associate manages a portfolio of loan transactions, ensuring compliance with procedures, overseeing junior staff, and handling complex calculations and client queries.
