Analyze and synthesize findings, prepare concise objective reports, and manage multiple diligence and compliance assignments for global clients. The role focuses on anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, regulatory, reputational, and corporate background research while meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.

Manage high-profile insolvency and restructuring engagements, including financial and operational restructuring, liquidations, bankruptcy procedures, investigations, asset recovery, and cross-border matters. Prepare complex reports for courts and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, develop best practices, and build client relationships. Apply strong financial analysis, commercial judgment, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills in distressed and urgent situations.

Support restructuring and insolvency assignments, including administrations, liquidations, and personal insolvency appointments. Investigate contentious matters, manage case diaries in IPS, liaise with clients and professional advisors, prepare proposals and tenders, supervise junior staff, draft correspondence, and prepare information memoranda for business or asset sales.
