Responsibilities include shaping six-week cycles, simplifying insurer onboarding and benefits workflows, translating compliance and underwriting rules into user flows, collaborating across business functions, and adapting product areas as the company expands into new markets.

Sell Kota's integrated benefits platform in the UK & Ireland by prospecting, qualifying, and closing SMB and mid-market deals. Source and generate leads, run discovery sessions, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM pipeline, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies.
