Build and own the growth engine for Kota Embed: position and package the product inside partners' platforms, optimise discovery-to-signup funnels, run experiments, build lifecycle and re‑engagement campaigns, create partner enablement and launch playbooks, and deliver scalable self-serve and supported conversion flows.

The Strategy & Operations Manager will drive critical strategic projects, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency while leading cross-functional initiatives and establishing data foundations.

Lead a four-person Benefit Operations team, manage escalations and provider issues, drive process improvements and automation with product/engineering, oversee new business administration and policy events, handle complex support queries using Intercom/Slack/Asana, and deliver strategic projects to scale BenOps.
