Develop and deliver communications strategies, write press releases, executive briefings, op-eds and policy materials, and support crisis communications. Monitor UK policy and regulatory developments, translate them into leadership insights, and engage policymakers, regulators, clinical leaders and campaign groups. Partner across leadership, commercial, research and marketing teams, manage communications and policy tracking systems, and explore workflow automation. The role requires strong writing, policy understanding, judgment, organization and project management skills.

Manages UK and US People Operations, including HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, employee data governance, compliance, reporting, health and safety, and process improvement. Leads three People Operations Generalists, oversees Rippling and other people systems, coordinates vendors, supports automation and AI adoption, and partners with Finance and leadership to deliver an efficient, compliant employee experience.

Provide face-to-face counselling and individual mental health support to young people aged 11–19, or up to 25 with additional needs. Responsibilities include assessing needs, making referrals, completing clinical hours, safeguarding compliance, and attending supervision and team meetings. This is a voluntary training placement for counselling students seeking supervised clinical experience.
