Lead strategy, design thinking, and technology engagements end-to-end. Manage cross-functional teams, client relationships, project scope, timelines, resourcing, and risks. Facilitate UX workshops, design software solutions, identify business development opportunities, mentor team members, and keep the organization informed on emerging technology trends including AI.

Support Strategy, Design, Project Management, and Technology teams to research client needs, run workshops, contribute to UX and technical solutions, prepare presentations and documentation, and assist senior consultants in delivering digital product and technology initiatives.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital strategy, design thinking workshops, and user experiences across medium to large-scale projects. Advise clients on business challenges, incorporate emerging technologies (including AI), ensure timelines and goals are met, produce client-facing materials, and mentor junior team members.
