Leads strategy, management consulting, design, and technology delivery engagements from inception through completion. Manages cross-functional teams, client relationships, project scope, timelines, resourcing, implementation, risks, and issue resolution. Facilitates design-thinking workshops, develops software strategies, identifies business-development opportunities, advises clients on emerging technologies including AI, and mentors team members.
