Identify and qualify new EMEA commercial opportunities through outbound campaigns, phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. Engage decision-makers, schedule qualified meetings, partner with account executives and Marketing, maintain accurate Salesforce data, manage pipeline activity, and use AI tools to personalize outreach and improve productivity. The role includes structured sales training, mentorship, and development toward future account executive opportunities.

Sell Kong’s Konnect Platform to mid-market and enterprise customers across the Nordics. Manage a book of business, develop outbound pipeline, document buying processes, maintain pipeline accuracy, exceed sales quotas, and close new business. Collaborate with presales, post-sales, channel partners, customer success, and leadership. The role requires Swedish fluency and experience selling enterprise software, preferably APIs, infrastructure, or open-source products.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise accounts: run discovery, demos, PoCs, onboarding, and documentation; coordinate with product/engineering; generate leads and evangelize Kong API and connectivity solutions.
