Drive UK market expansion by building hospitality sales pipelines, conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, coordinating onboarding, and meeting revenue targets. The role focuses on consultative B2B solution selling to hotels, F&B groups, and retail chains while collaborating with internal teams and representing the company at industry events.

Manage talent acquisition and people operations across the UK and EU, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits coordination, employee inquiries, HR compliance, and offboarding. The role requires familiarity with UK employment law and Right to Work processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Partnership Manager will identify and convert new ISO & Referral opportunities, manage partnerships, and achieve sales targets while promoting Kody's products.
