Manage talent acquisition and people operations across the UK and EU, including recruitment pipelines, interviews, onboarding, HR administration, employee support, payroll and benefits coordination, employment-law compliance, and offboarding. The role serves as a primary HR contact while helping build teams and establish scalable people processes in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the full product lifecycle for payment, finance, and loyalty product streams. Define vision, priorities, and product details; collaborate with engineering, customer success, commercial teams, and enterprise clients; manage supplier contracts and pricing; ensure regulatory compliance; and use data to guide improvements and maximize commercial impact.

Drive UK market expansion by developing sales strategies, building merchant relationships, and hitting revenue targets. Use consultative selling to translate POS and operational software features into client business value. Target medium-to-large hospitality, F&B, and retail chains; prospect, negotiate, and close deals while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
