Lead and own the firmwide financial crime risk and controls framework. Maintain risk assessments, define controls across onboarding, screening, monitoring, sanctions, ABC and transactions, run control testing and assurance, manage risk registers and remediation, produce MI and control effectiveness reporting, support automation and analytics initiatives, provide training and act as deputy subject-matter expert to the MLRO.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Mayfair sales office, delivering excellent customer service, managing CRM-based sales administration, invoices and expenses, maintaining office environment and compliance (GDPR, ISO), preparing reports, and coordinating diaries, rotas and contractor interactions.

As an International Mortgage Advisor, you will provide mortgage advice to clients purchasing property in France, manage relationships with lenders, and contribute to business development while ensuring compliance with regulations.
