Supports global residential public relations through media pitching, journalist relationship management, press materials, media enquiries, agency coordination, press trips, coverage monitoring, reporting, and database administration. Collaborates with research, residential, marketing, communications, and international teams to identify opportunities and amplify content across UK and international media. Requires strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and interest in property markets and current affairs.

Manage residential tenancy progression from offer acceptance through move-in. Coordinate referencing, due diligence, AML and Right to Rent checks, tenancy documentation, deposits, inventories, appointments, rent setup, and compliance records. Maintain communication with landlords, tenants, negotiators, and internal teams while resolving issues, managing expectations, and ensuring accurate, timely, and legally compliant transactions. Mandarin is mandatory; Cantonese is desirable.

Manage commercial property portfolios and implement asset plans. Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis, prepare investment papers and client reports, support transactions, liaise with agencies and third-party providers, and advance sustainability initiatives to drive income and capital returns.
