Leads global ESG reporting and disclosures across voluntary and mandatory frameworks, coordinating data collection, governance, assurance, and regulatory compliance. Oversees ESG data systems, carbon and energy reporting, net-zero strategy execution, stakeholder communications, and external ESG ratings. The role also manages one team member, supports ESG training, and provides analytical insight into climate and sustainability performance.

Leads the implementation and coordination of Knight Frank’s belonging and inclusion strategy. Manages the B&I Specialist and Employee Resource Groups, oversees governance, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, and provides inclusion expertise to leaders and business teams. Analyzes colleague feedback and inclusion data, develops action plans, supports inclusive people processes, and contributes to cultural, client, employer-brand, and organizational initiatives.

Administer employee lifecycle changes, records, queries, and people data in Workday and ticketing systems. Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, support benefits or early careers administration, maintain data accuracy and compliance, assist with reporting, and contribute to People Operations projects and change initiatives.
