Senior leadership role partnering with the Senior Partner to define, prioritise and drive group-wide strategy, governance and enterprise initiatives. Acts as trusted adviser, integrator and facilitator for the Group Executive Board, leads the Executive Office team, and ensures strategic alignment across regions, service lines and functions to maximise long-term value.

Support Certified Mortgage Advisers by preparing client meetings, fact finds, suitability letters and illustrations; submit and manage mortgage applications and lender communications; maintain CRM records; ensure compliance and AML requirements; monitor case progress; act as client contact; coordinate with admin and compliance teams; identify referrals for insurance, protection and foreign exchange services.

The Mortgage Adviser will build a client pipeline, provide mortgage advice, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
