Own product, Help Centre, and Customer Education localisation across languages. Manage language contractors and vendors, quality standards, localisation workflows, Smartling TMS, machine translation, and AI-driven translation initiatives. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and internal stakeholders to build scalable localisation solutions, influence roadmaps, improve efficiency, and represent international customer needs.
