Own enterprise sales across prospecting, pipeline creation, executive discovery, competitive deal execution, forecasting, closing, expansion, and renewals. Sell Klaviyo’s multi-product platform to large organizations, engaging C-level stakeholders and coordinating solutions engineering, partners, marketing, legal, security, procurement, and customer decision-makers. The role requires building business cases, managing complex nine- to eighteen-month sales cycles, and achieving multi-million-dollar quotas.

Manage approximately 40 digital marketing agency and systems integrator partners across the Spanish region. Build trusted relationships, develop partner growth strategies, manage referrals and co-selling opportunities, communicate Klaviyo’s platform value, and support revenue objectives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams while coaching partners on business growth and profitability. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, with up to 25% regional travel and possible additional European travel.

Own EMEA lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, CRM, onboarding, adoption, re-engagement, cross-sell, and event programs. Develop segmentation and audience strategies, localize global campaigns, analyze performance, define metrics, and drive testing and optimization. Partner with regional and global Marketing, Sales, Product, Growth, Brand, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes across EMEA.
