Create visual concepts across email, social, web, events, video, motion, and print; ensure brand consistency; produce channel-optimized assets; iterate using performance data; collaborate with cross-regional teams and agencies; apply AI tools and design systems to deliver high-quality campaign and brand materials.

Lead end-to-end strategic technical engagements for enterprise customers, shape SOWs, design scalable Klaviyo and martech solutions, manage delivery and risks, advise stakeholders, mentor peers, and drive repeatable processes to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

Lead enablement strategy and roadmap for EMEA enterprise sales. Design and deliver onboarding, training, workshops, and coaching (discovery, demo, negotiation). Drive adoption of sales methodology, measure enablement impact, partner cross-functionally, and present Quarterly Business Reviews to sales leadership.
