Manage customer success for Klaviyo’s small and medium-sized business segment. Build customized success plans, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, advise customers on marketing strategies, review performance, explain platform capabilities, support commercial conversations, and provide product feedback. The role requires strong CRM, campaign management, digital marketing, analytics, marketing automation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a hybrid London environment.

The Account Executive will drive mid-enterprise sales across Northern Europe, developing client and partner relationships, managing the sales process, and delivering revenue through Klaviyo’s marketing technology platform. The role may involve client or partner work, team meetings, industry events, and new-hire onboarding, with travel of up to 10%.

Build and maintain detection-as-code, security tooling, and automated response workflows across enterprise, cloud, and product environments. Triage alerts, investigate and respond to cyber threats, conduct digital forensics and threat hunts, support security data lakes and SIEM platforms, and develop AI-first security systems. The role includes on-call participation, collaboration with threat intelligence, pipeline improvements, and mentoring other security engineers.
