Provide best-in-class in-store customer service as a concierge across sales, cashiering, operations and visual teams. Greet and assist customers, handle cash and Mobile POS, support inventory, replenishment and visual standards, complete operational tasks, and maintain store housekeeping while following company policies and scheduling needs.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and build client relationships through after-sale communication. Support sales, visual merchandising, inventory tasks and housekeeping. Assist management with operational and brand initiatives while working flexible schedules and performing physically demanding retail duties.

Support store management by guiding and mentoring the sales team, delivering best-in-class customer service, meeting performance goals, completing opening/closing and housekeeping tasks, and assisting with in-store events and initiatives. Role requires flexible availability and performing routine retail physical tasks.
