Translate high-level briefs into visual solutions, improve pipelines and style guides, mentor artists, and ensure player-focused quality in a live mobile game.

Lead UX strategy for Player Value across progression, rewards, streaks, challenges, onboarding, and engagement. Drive discovery, design end-to-end experiences, prototype and spec solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and iterate using UX research and data to improve player engagement and retention.
