Lead data integration activities for Kinaxis solution deployments, including data mapping, transformation, loading, testing, validation, system configuration, and deployment. Design integration solutions, define requirements, support customer workshops and training, and collaborate with architects, support, and cloud teams. Advise customers on integrating Kinaxis Maestro with enterprise systems using ETL tools, APIs, databases, and ERP connections. The role is remote in the UK and may require up to 70% travel.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, governance models, success plans, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Sales, Renewals, and cross-functional teams to align Kinaxis solutions with customer supply-chain objectives, track account health and KPIs, mitigate risks, manage escalations, and drive measurable business value. Engage executive stakeholders and travel globally up to 20% as needed.

Leads solution design and product innovation for supply chain software serving high-tech and semiconductor customers. Collaborates with product management, engineering, professional services, deployment teams, partners, and clients to refine product capabilities, capture early-adopter feedback, define process and data flows, create user stories and test scripts, and support launches from innovation through growth. Leads consultants, manages customer expectations, enables deployment readiness, and drives scalable, explainable product outcomes.
