Client Partner responsible for selling and structuring professional services engagements for Kinaxis RapidResponse deployments. Identifies opportunities, develops strategic account plans, creates statements of work, leads discovery workshops, advises customers on deployment approaches, and partners with sales, product, support, and delivery teams. The role requires strong supply chain consulting expertise, professional services sales experience, negotiation skills, executive communication, and frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel.

Serves as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, owning solution health, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, optimization, and technical risk mitigation. Leads complex customer initiatives, advises on platform capabilities and best practices, and collaborates with Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and Cloud Operations. The role requires deep Kinaxis Maestro expertise, enterprise SaaS experience, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to improve customer outcomes and retention.

Lead data integration activities for Kinaxis solution deployments, including data mapping, transformation, loading, testing, validation, system configuration, and deployment. Design integration solutions, define requirements, support customer workshops and training, and collaborate with architects, support, and cloud teams. Advise customers on integrating Kinaxis Maestro with enterprise systems using ETL tools, APIs, databases, and ERP connections. The role is remote in the UK and may require up to 70% travel.
