Teams at Kido

Leads nursery management teams across approximately six settings, focusing on people development, training, quality, compliance, and educational delivery. Responsibilities include coaching and performance management, operational problem-solving, staffing, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, Ofsted inspections, EYFS implementation, safeguarding support, and development of training plans. The role is predominantly nursery-based and requires hands-on leadership, mentoring, resilience, and strong knowledge of early years legislation and practice.
