Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Management Team including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, minute-taking, expense processing, onboarding support, event organisation and producing reports and presentations. Act as first point of contact, screen communications, follow up on actions and support cross-team projects to ensure smooth business operations.

Lead corporate actuarial activities including business planning, performance monitoring, and portfolio optimisation. Provide actuarial insight for pricing, reserving and strategy, develop tools and frameworks, collaborate with underwriting, risk and finance, ensure governance and compliance, and manage and develop a team.

Support exposure management and risk aggregation processes by preparing, analyzing, and delivering aggregated and modeled exposure data. Assist regulatory reporting, syndicate roll-ups, analytics, automation of processes, and stakeholder reporting while collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and capital modelling teams to monitor limits and inform risk decisions.
