Leads global privacy operations and AI governance across 70+ studios in 25+ countries. Responsibilities include managing privacy staff, overseeing DPIAs, AI Impact Assessments, TIAs, LIAs, data subject requests, incidents, regulatory gap analyses, and privacy-by-design initiatives. The role advises senior stakeholders on privacy and AI risks, supports GDPR and emerging AI regulation compliance, delivers employee education, and serves as a Data Protection Officer in certain jurisdictions.

Lead sourcing, vetting and contracting of freelance and partner creative talent. Maintain an up-to-date external talent database, match talent to projects, negotiate rates/contracts, qualify partners, and improve onboarding and freelance workflows while collaborating with Producers, Operations, and Senior Leadership.

The AI Revenue Growth Manager will drive revenue growth for Keywords AI Data Services by securing new business with frontier AI labs and enterprise clients, managing complex deal cycles and building strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth and success.
