The Business Development Manager will source work for UK video game studios, build proposals, maintain relationships, and ensure quality communications.

Design, maintain, and optimize studio IT infrastructure and production pipelines for creative projects. Align UK technical needs with global IT, anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks, manage hardware and server setups, onboard/offboard freelancers, audit production kits, and provide in-engine and build support while collaborating with central IT and external developer/client tech teams.

Lead sourcing, vetting and contracting of freelance and partner creative talent. Maintain an up-to-date external talent database, match talent to projects, negotiate rates/contracts, qualify partners, and improve onboarding and freelance workflows while collaborating with Producers, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
