Own and develop the firm-wide risk function across trading, treasury, investments, CeFi, and DeFi. Design quantitative frameworks covering market, credit, liquidity, systemic, counterparty, exchange, smart contract, and protocol risks. Implement advanced metrics, stress testing, real-time monitoring, risk aggregation, and reporting infrastructure. Partner with the COO and CIO to build scalable risk systems, translate traditional financial methodologies into crypto-native markets, define risk appetite, and enforce disciplined risk-taking and strong risk culture.

Lead a full rebrand and repositioning of Keyrock, define marketing strategy for institutional and crypto audiences, build a premium brand identity, drive measurable commercial impact with the CCO, and lead a small AI-augmented marketing team.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll build and manage data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate across teams, contributing to the Data Platform's growth.
