Manage end-to-end campaign trafficking, creative and targeting QA, delivery monitoring, yield optimization, inventory forecasting, and performance reporting across retailer media networks. Build analytics tracking fill rates, CPMs, revenue pacing, and monetization KPIs. Serve as an operational contact for retailers and supplier advertisers, support platform onboarding, resolve delivery issues, and develop scalable documentation and enablement resources.

Own strategic enterprise customer and partner relationships for a commerce media platform. Lead customer cadences, QBRs, executive meetings, account health, risk management, expansion planning, and commercial growth. Coordinate with strategy, product, engineering, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to support adoption, issue resolution, shared pipeline, and partner-led growth. Translate customer and partner feedback into priorities, action plans, and repeatable opportunities.
