Lead complex, C-suite sales campaigns (£500k-£2M+), develop accounts and pipeline, forecast accurately, write propositions/bids for structured procurements, manage virtual teams, and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets while positioning AI-enabled and data-driven solutions to translate capability into measurable business value.

Drive outbound prospecting and qualify leads across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Engage senior stakeholders, mentor junior BDRs, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, use qualification frameworks (BANT/MEDDIC), maintain Dynamics 365, meet KPIs, and represent the company at events to generate qualified pipeline.

Lead pre-sales solution design and demonstrations for Genesys Cloud CX, translate client needs into tailored solutions, produce high-quality bid/tender responses, collaborate across practices, and support customer adoption and success.
