Own Kernel’s end-to-end product design, including UX flows, information architecture, interaction design, visual craft, discovery, prototyping, and production collaboration. Simplify complex workflows, conduct user research, translate insights into shipped improvements, and establish lightweight design principles and patterns. The role partners closely with engineering and product, moves quickly in an early-stage startup, and occasionally supports business narratives and decks.

Generate qualified sales pipeline by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, and executing phone-, LinkedIn-, and email-based outbound campaigns. Qualify prospects, book meetings for account executives, maintain account lists, document call notes, and refine messaging and cadences using performance data. Collaborate with Marketing and AEs while providing feedback to improve go-to-market strategy. This is a commission-based, target-driven role requiring four-plus days weekly in Kernel’s London office.

Support Head of Finance & Operations on FP&A, budgeting, unit economics, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional projects. Own product economics, back-office finance (Carta, accounting, SOC 2), vendor contracts, and diverse operational initiatives across compliance, office leases, and compensation. Act as chief-of-staff/operator executing high-impact, ambiguous projects.
