Lead quality assurance, compliance and risk management for Marketing & Recruitment across UK, US and Canada. Embed regulatory and quality standards into operations, run audits and monitoring, produce reports for senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and manage stakeholder relationships to protect student experience and organisational reputation.

Live-in student role supporting safeguarding and welfare of predominantly under-18 students in residence. Deliver night-time duty cover, welfare checks, emergency support, inductions, small-group and one-to-one wellbeing activities, incident reporting, and liaising with college and residence teams to ensure student safety and compliance with policies.

Lead and manage academic curriculum and teaching quality for international pathway students, support student success, allocate resources, use data to inform decisions, collaborate across teams, and promote innovation including effective use of Generative AI in education.
